What's your morning alarm? For some residents at Punggol Coast, it's one man's "creepy" laughter.

A TikTok video of a man laughing as he walked around the neighbourhood was posted on Monday (Aug 10) by user flowersforteas.

The man, dressed in a black tank top and shorts, could be heard making low, disjointed sounds in the video as he crosses a traffic junction.

His deep, abrupt sounds becomes more frequent before he breaks out into a low, rumbling laughter as he arches his back and walks backwards.

The booming sound echoes as he emits a high-pitched cackle and the video ends.

The TikTok user wrote: "6am: Birds are chirping, the sun is rising, and one man has decided the entire neighbourhood needs to hear his creepy laughter."

"SOC, SOC. Special Force," yelled the man repeatedly.

The footage also showed him counting numbers from one to four twice.

Farang88798 similarly wrote in the caption that Punggol Coast has a daily "alarm" at 6am.

"Your district have or not?" teased the TikTok user.
