OCBC's mobile, internet banking services fully restored: Spokesperson

OCBC's mobile and internet banking services have been fully restored, a spokesperson said.

Users reported disruptions to mobile and internet banking services this afternoon.

They were also unable to use the Paynow services during lunch hour.

As at 1pm, more than 700 reports were sighted on Downdetector, while the number dipped to about 12 at 4pm.

In a media reply, an OCBC spokesperson said: "Some customers faced intermittent slowness accessing our mobile and internet banking services earlier this afternoon."

OCBC assured users that their funds are safe and that no customer data has been compromised.

"We apologise for the inconvenience and would like to thank our customers for their patience and understanding."
