While drunk, a woman walking through Boon Lay Shopping Centre approached a pair of brothers and forcibly kissed them on the cheek and lips.

Goh Mei Chi did not know the siblings, who were aged 16 and 23, during the Feb 12, 2024, incident, reported Shin Min Daily News.

The woman, now 49, was jailed 21 weeks on Friday (Oct 9).

The court imposed a gag order on the identities of the victims.

The brothers were shocked after she grabbed them by the collars and kissed them, which constitutes an outrage of modesty.

Investigations found that the mother-of-four had consumed about 10 cups of beer before.

She was arrested at around 1.30am the next day, and was released on a personal bond on Feb 14.

She continued to cause trouble while drunk, reported the Chinese publication.

On March 5, Goh, who was drunk, reportedly flung several beer bottles to the ground at a coffee shop in Jurong West.

A man who stepped on the glass was hurt, and Goh was arrested again.

On Sept 8, she was drunk again when she caused a disturbance in a Boon Lay estate.

The police were called, and officers advised her to go home, but she refused to co-operate and raised her voice, leading to her arrest.

In her mitigation plea on Friday, Goh promised the court that she will not reoffend.

She reportedly said she needed to care for her elderly parents, and is hoping to quickly reunite with her four sons.
