The 37-year-old's last participation in the annual event was in 2018, shortly before her marriage to Chinese entrepreuneur Mario Ho in 2019. They have a seven-year-old son Ronaldo and daughter Romee, who turns five in November.
In a social media post today (Oct 19), Ming Xi said she was "truly overjoyed" to be back on the Victoria's Secret fashion show.
"It feels almost surreal, yet deeply familiar, like returning home. The moment I saw the wings, my heart nearly gave out from pure happiness," she said.
"There are simply no words that can fully capture how overwhelmed and elated I feel right now. Thank you so much for having me at the show."
Ming Xi walked two looks, a floral corset with gauzy wings and sleeves, as well as an all-pink lace set.
Mario, whose father is the late Macau casino mogul Stanley Ho, shared two posts gushing over his wife, calling her a "real life angel".
"Jaw dropped. So proud of you. Pride of the family. The angel is back with her massive wings," the 31-year-old wrote.
