LANY are in town for the seventh time and meeting fans before their show.

The American pop rock band, consisting of vocalist Paul Klein, 38, and drummer Jake Goss, 39, are in Singapore for their concert tonight (Nov 4) at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Paul was seen exploring the city in videos posted since yesterday on the duo's side account on Instagram.

He went to 7-Eleven to grab some fruits before heading to a mall, where he took photos with fans who recognised him.

He also shopped at Kerbside&Co, a homegrown fashion label.

"You gotta support local business," he said to the camera.

He bought some apparel and took photos with owner Fahmy Ismail.

Paul and Jake also held a fan session at The Kallang yesterday, where they hung out with supporters and shared what they love about Singapore.

"You guys are some of the loudest in the world... We love the food and chicken satay," said Paul.

Jake recalled trying jellyfish the last time they were here, which he admitted to not liking very much.

Host and 987FM DJ Germaine Tan asked the duo about the highlight of their ongoing Soft world tour.

"Going around the world and hearing people sing the songs, even if it's not their native language, and seeing how much it means to people is so rewarding for us," said Paul.

Jake added: "It's always been a crazy feeling for me when we play a show because it's like two hours where we're the only people in the world in the same space, and I just think that's like the coolest thing ever. So we just make the most of every show, and so it's awesome sharing it with the fans."

LANY had their first show here in a small local set at *Scape in 2017.

They returned in 2018 with a bigger venue at Capitol Theatre and subsequently in 2019 at Zepp@Bigbox.

They had their first stadium show here at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in 2022.

Paul expressed his gratitude towards fans for supporting them throughout the years, recalling their humble beginnings.

"We made some songs in a bedroom, put them on the internet and had no idea if anybody would ever listen to them or not. You guys have definitely made our dreams come true," he said.

"It's cool to acknowledge the fact that we're very, very lucky and blessed to have you guys… It's totally fine to live out of a suitcase for a little bit if that means we get to be in this band and play music for you all every night."

Stay tuned for AsiaOne's E-Junkies interview with LANY coming soon!
